"Wesco/Anixter is a male dominant company. The expectation is that you work morning into the night whether you have children, you need to make dinner, do homework with your children, read bedtime stories. Your time is their time. You are asked to give up Holidays, you are asked to work overtime with no pay, they change your timecard. The benefits such as 401K and medical are great. Leadership is archaic and run this organization like they have for the past 50 plus years. Iron fist."
