"While the focus on improving communities and helping educational clients is laudable, the organization is too top-heavy and steeped in practices that made more sense in 1972-- the year the President's spouse founded the company."

"Firm continues to be run for and by the old boys club. Senior management is not diverse nor well represented by women. There are plenty of employees with families but the firm continues to ban policies such as telecommuting and enforces its own vacation policy where employees are mandated to take certain days together."
