"I was excited to start my job here because I had relocated and was ready for a fresh start. What I didn't realize was that too much is put on the CSRs. We are expected to handle every aspect of the job, which creates difficulty with time management. I understand sales reps need to be remote/ with clients a lot, but they should take some more off our plates or increase our pay."
