"If you are stationed somewhere that values your insights it can be a great place to work. However, the higher up the ranks the more less diversity there is. Although there is a woman as president, the other leadership positions are heavily male and not from diverse backgrounds."

"Often when white men talked he would value what they had to say over the women in the room regardless of color. I cannot say how he reacted to men of color because we had very little to none at this university on staff."
