"Don't expect promotions in systems or raises/bonuses at all. Negotiate your starting salary hard because it's your biggest opportunity for growth here."

"On the Operations side, it's still a man's world. Women still in traditional roles and it seems the men got the promotions. Boy's club reigned."

"The more years of service, the more paid maternity weeks given. There's too much middle management and not enough women in the executive leadership roles."
