"Unfortunately, don't expect the fact that one of the owner is a woman for it to be a non-toxic work environment. I would strongly advise woman, especially any woman of color, to not work here."

"There is a false "support" in the beginning and throughout your time working there. There was a lot of things said in poor taste about other employees when they were not around. The start off pay is low, but when it becomes clear you are wanting to be paid your worth/ask for a raise you are sometimes given the run around or told no one is paid that much. And if you want to put in a notice, it goes downhill quickly, and you are met with a vicious response."
