"Your first two years working at this company is about the only time you'll receive any type of training and development and after that any further investment by the company into you ends. If you stay you'll spend the next 10-20 years doing the same job. Woodward, Inc. is a great place to work short term to gain experience, but do not stay there more than 5 years if you're ambitious and want to move into leadership roles. "
