"Now that they're owned by ADP, it's gotten to be a better place to work. They have adopted better family leave policies, have various business resource groups for minorities, have a lot of support for those groups, host webinars on unconscious bias in the workplace, do not avoid but rather address current events and have an open forum to talk about them and for people to come to work and be themselves. WorkMarket had flexible working hours before and dedicated diversity and inclusion efforts before but with ADP backing them, it's gotten even more traction and better support. I really like working here."

"The work environment is not inclusive. Leadership is more interested in advancing themselves rather than helping teams to get better. Politics is also too much "

"Great personable coworkers, fun culture, flexible work from home hours for parents (although they dont have a "mommy room" here yet), WorkMarket had a great mat leave policy of 6 paid weeks with an additional 2 to work from home. Now that ADP had acquired us, that has changed to four weeks paid, which is not as robust and surprising since ADP rates so high on diversity and employee happiness lists."
