"I’m a believer that this company doesn’t fired you, you fired yourself. I have been here for a few years and I have seen people who do things that you shouldn’t do, that any other company would fired you on the spot. But here you get the opportunity to redeem yourself. Their have been things that I don’t agree with, where supervisors have favoritism and males tend to get positions like supervisors or leads rather than women. I myself is an example. And yes I agree that being a male dominated work place you as a female need to be more aggressive to be respected as a equal employee vs a male. Even tho I have gone they so much in the past, I continue to stay is because I’m loyal and not everyone in this company plays favorites or don’t treat females equal. My current (new) boss respects females and treads them equal to men. His respectful and he understands that we all make mistakes. I hope that I continue to be here for a long time and that I continue to learn and grow with this company. "
