"The people at AppNexus are amazing. They are smart, curious, and care deeply about problem-solving related to both work issues and societal issues. AppNexus is a place where you can have meaningful conversations with your co-workers. The business cares about D&I, but changes have not come as quickly as planned. Recent hires in VP of D&I and Head of People Management are promising "

"It's not the best, it's not the worst. We continue to make progress, and it's a much better time to be a woman at AppNexus than it was several years ago. The changes have been driven by the women at the company and the women (or woman) in top leadership position(s). If leadership were to change, I'm afraid the efforts and emphasis on women and work/life harmony would fade. There is a lot of talk around allyship, but in my experience the men at the company do not come to the defense of women when they witness bias, discrimination, or harassment. I think that is not so much a reflection on AppNexus, as it is a reflection on our society. "
