"Its male dominated. And even though its had Women CEO, there isn't much more gender diversity. Mediocre males remain in places of leadership with female subordinates that grind out the work. "

"You are supported if pregnant it's easy to talk to the boss about scheduling and taking time off or moving your times around "
"No raise in 4 years, no opportunity for advancement. The company was sold to Atos while I was on leave and I immediately found a new job. Most of the women here are in mid-management roles however they do not promote from within."
"Not a happy work environment, not much for growth. All work seems to be treated equally and upper management doesn't seem to care. Work super hard and it doesn't seem to matter much"
"There are many strong consultants in leadership positions. There are occasional 'good old boy' comments from some old-school males, but it doesn't seem to impact womens' opportunities to move up in the organization."
"Pretty much a nightmare employer but equally for women and men."
"keep in mind, this review is for a small portion of the company. they have numerous companies that they contract for so i can only speak to my experience with one branch. it is horrendous. the mental abuse allowed and accepted on a daily basis is not worth it. the only way to get in a better position is to be friends with someone. it is very much like high school."
