"There are a lot of women in leadership positions here, which is really empowering, however, all of the leadership is new and not experienced in this type of work, therefore, their lack of experience brings out their insecurities which causes confusions and delay in executing the work.
The new CEO still struggles to connect well with women who come from a different background, she knows diversity is important but isn't fully bought in on the idea of why and how it benefits the organization. "
