"It can be a great place to work, but be smart about setting boundaries with your time. Also, because there are so many people in management laid off, it can be a great place to climb the ladder if you are so inclined. They do promote from within, and women are promoted and hired at leadership and executive positions. The founder is female. (However, even with that, they still don't realize that their customers are mostly female.)"
