With women taking on more responsibly than ever, many are struggling to keep up. And, it's caused almost 1 million of women to voluntarily leave the workforce, with almost 25% of women with children under 10 years-old still considering leaving. This first ever female recession has organizations worried and looking for strategies to not only attract, but to support and retain women in their workforces.
