In 2019, Tricia Day was promoted to Appian’s Global Employer Brand Manager, overseeing both employer branding and recruitment marketing for the company. Her priorities were to build a team, determine which TA technology platforms were helping meet company goals, and build strategic partnerships to attract diverse populations.
With a team, Day finally had the resources in place to get strategic about diversity recruitment marketing and talent attraction. Understanding that women search for jobs differently than men, Day sought to find solutions that could help them create and deliver a targeted employer branding, recruitment marketing, and community outreach strategy.
Appian joined the Fairygodboss community in October 2020 with goals to increase awareness of Appian’s employer brand, attract women job seekers in engineering and sales, and leverage FGB as part of their targeted community outreach strategy
