Hi fellow fairygodbosses, I recently spoke to a NSF Program Director who encouraged me to apply for a peer position at the NSF in SBIR/STTR's. After a 30 year career in corporate technology management and product development in large and small and micro companies ( i.e start-ups) I'm looking for a position where I can give back and help advance innovation. It looks like a great spot for me. But I'm doing a little research. So two questions: I'm looking for experiences from other women who have worked there.??? I'm looking for feedback on how to best structure my resume? letters of reccommendation??? Your thoughts? Thank you
