That's a great motivator and goal. What would you ideally like to be doing , work wise and how much do you want to generate a month/year?
it's good to have very clear goals. When you do, they usually come to fruition.

Technical Product Management, Product Management where I can make a difference with products. The ability to communicate with customers (which is my super power) Writing excellent technical documentation and run amazing agile teams. Believe it or not, I don't even care if I make more than 100k a year. I know lots of people with my experience go way over that (30 years in technology) I just a boss that doesn't scream at me, and a job I like. The money supports the family. The rest is just a bonus.

I stated a plant collection because last year I had to move to a smaller apartment and I needed to heal. I love working from home as Substance Abuse Couselor remote worker. Don't get me wrong I still have anxiety and stress. Some clients like me and some don't but try to give them the coping skills to help them through this pandemic
