I reinvented my career at 45
Many people have limiting beliefs around reinventing their career after entering the 40s.
But I am proof that this can be done.
I will be the first to admit that I had some gremlins show up for me and they gave me a good beating.
How in the world can I show authority and credibility in a new field?

This is encouraging as I try to pivot myself. Limiting beliefs can be crippling and difficult to change that voice in your head that is your own worst enemy.

Agreed, limiting beliefs can stop or freeze your deepest desires preventing you from pivoting. Part of the inside job is determining what really matters to you?
