Hello everyone, I am new here and excited to be in community with other job seekers.
Currently, I am in customer service and looking to pivot into Customer Success. As everyone knows, it has been super challenging and discouraging with this job market. I am barely able to afford getting groceries with my current pay and also currently seeking a 2nd customer service job (if I can't get the role I want).
If anybody has any tips for getting into Customer Success or have any opportunities in mind for customer service, please let me know. Thank you!

Hey Disa! Have you looked up the core skillsets for customer success roles and demonstrated them on your resume? If you aren't getting any call backs it might be because you are still positioning yourself to stay in customer service and not using the language for customer success roles ? Something to consider :)

Thank you' for the advice. I've attempted to adjust my resume to become more aligned with it, but it probably could be better. I will definitely check it again.
