Even with the shortage of employees , I live in a job desert for someone like myself. My old job is gone, the company shuttered. I was the Administrative Assistant to the company President and handled a lot of duties unique to my industry. I am also a livestock farmer and moving away from that and more towards specialty crops in the smaller plots. I did lease out the bulk of my crop ground out to another farmer for soybeans and corn production.
