Job seeking is always a nerve-wracking experience. How does one go about finding effective recruiters? People that are persistent and dedicated to getting candidates placed? Outside of recruiters what are tell-tale signs of a company that is actually looking to hire versus resume collecting? I feel like there is a hack to this and I don't know it yet.
