I am looking to hire (which is a wonderful position to be in) Here are the deets: - remote (if you're in the greater Denver area, that's even better, but not required) - part-time to start (20-25hours), will probably move to full-time - must be available during normal working hours (most of the time) - attendance on daily stand-ups (9:00 am PT) at least once a week (preferably three times a week - contract, will probably move employee-status (so that means early employee stock options in a growing startup) - startup (but a nice startup 'cause I'm a co-founder. No bro-culture here) - reports to CTO (me) Job Specifics: Account manager - adding new clients to back-end systems - basic content work (no original writing) in a CRM Marketing support - CMS admin work (adding new users, creating reports) - basic marketing PM work Basic admin work - setting up email accounts (I can train you) - managing domains (I can train you) Product - some product research Tech knowledge requirement and nice-to-have 1) basic understanding of CMS (required) -Drupal (but you don't need to know the backend of Drupal but some familiarity with a CMS) - Squarespace (would be great to have knowledge of Squarespace as that is where we host our corporate site) 2) basic understanding of CRM (required) - we are using agileCRM (but you don't need to specifically know agileCRM, as long as you know CRM software in general) 3) basic understanding of cloud-based PM software (required) - we are using Wrike and Jira/Confluence (but you don't have to have experience with Wrike / Jira, as long as you know PM software) 4) Nice-to-haves (these are NOT required) - Canva - Typeform - Basic (really basic) HTML skills - Zapier (basic understanding of if/then statements) - online business reporting tools (klipfolio or similar) - Q/A General : - eager to work in a startup environment (which is independent work with a lot of cross-team collaboration and maybe a little more "checking in" than you might be used too) - BYOL (bring your own laptop with Microsoft office programs) - willingness to grit it out (one of our company values is grit and that's really important to us) - If you want to learn more about Product or Development I'll support you Title: Production Manager If you're interested in learning more, ping me here and we can chat.
