This position would be fractional and compensation would be equity in the company. There would be a need for working on the initial budget required to build the mobile app, expenses for the first 18 to 24 months, as well as forecasting of revenue in order to present this information to investors. There would be a need for this CFO to track revenue and present financial reports to the other members of the board during the life of this company.
