Assessing company culture during the interview
Any job interview is a two-way street, so it is just as important to go in prepared to find out if a company or organization's values aligns with our own. This is a terrific resource for how to best assess culture at a company during the interview process!

Thanks for sharing this information. For me it is important that the company has a good culture, one that acknowledge the employee and is concerned about the well being in office. I had a bad experience where there was a toxic environment and everywhere you look at the company my coworkers where complaining about management and how there were treated there.
Totally agree with "any job interview is a two-way street" this is the time for the candidate to ask all the questions about culture, professional growth and day to day duties. Is the correct opportunity to find more about the role and the management type. I did took the time to research and asks all the questions whenever they asked at the end of the interview "Do you have any questions for me?".
This is great and have never seen it before. Thanks for sharing.
