I'm Very Confused about My Future Career
Good morning Ladies, I hope everyone is staying safe or at least trying to due to this Corona Virus Pandemic. In about 6 months, My husband along with two children and I will be moving to PA. Starting fresh and I am stuck thinking about which career path i should take on. HELP PLEASE.
Hey Rose,
Thank you so much for sharing. You're definitely not alone and I really hope to hear things get better for you and the family soon!
Also, I’d love to invite you to our new professional profile (which is different than your current community profile) and quick apply feature –– which gives you closer access to recruiters who are actively looking to hire more women.
These features helps you avoid the job application black hole by receiving updates on your application status in real-time and the option to message the company directly after submitting your profile (link below).
Please let me know if you have any questions, best of luck with your search and please keep us posted!

Hi Rose! There is so much to consider in this! As a Career Coach I often help people clarify some direction with a holistic view of what will be a good fit and steps to take toward it. Tell us a little more about what you currently do, what you are considering and what skills and talents you want to use most (as well as any needs you have). Or message me if you would like to chat in more detail.
It's excellent that you are starting to think about this in advance. I have two suggestions that may help. First, if you know where you are relocating to, you can do some advance research on what companies are in the area, and what jobs they are currently advertising. Second, I urge you to just go shopping...sounds frivolous, right?...but just poke around on the internet and start a list of what jobs look interesting to you. What about them is of interest? You can also find some free skill inventories online that may help narrow your focus as to what you like to do. Use that to target your resume to jobs where you will be a good fit. It's taking a couple of months to hire people, so starting ahead of your move is okay, just say in your letter that you are relocating on such-and-such date.
