Job Search
Hey all FGBrs!! I hope you are all staying safe and healthy!
I have recently found myself in a opportunity-less position. Initially I had high hopes and high aspirations until recently where I feel my company does not know my worth. I have taken on additional responsibilities, got additionally certified, and have prior experience in supervisory roles. I've been a top agent in my department and ever since COVID-19 my manager has adopted micro managing on me in specific and it has began to drive me to the point of disengagement. I know I shouldn't be upset or complaining as I know there are people in worst situations. I am just trying to see if anyone is either in this same situation and has any tips for me or anything to help me expand my portfolio and grow in a different company. My job search has turned mostly rejections and could really use some guidance!
Thank you! :)
We are in a difficult time. I just graduated and finding it very hard to find a job but I'm taking this time as an opportunity to up skill and do new projects.
It seems you deserve a better job and a company that values your work. If I were in your position, I would wait for the job market to improve and then make a career move.
Have you schedule a meeting with your manager to see if expectations has changed?
