I'm a career changer looking to pivot into tech as a front-end developer in the Boston area or remotely. I have a background in Quality Engineering for medical devices and aerospace. It's been tough applying to roles, not hearing back, or receiving automated rejection emails. Do people have any suggestions for job leads? I've also considered contract work but have had some bad experiences when I was a temp worker. Does anyone work in the tech field that I could ask questions to?
