Why is it so hard to to get jobs this day( ranting). I am currently in Canada but open to roles - within the US to. Please help. How do I do?

I am currently open to new roles - HR projects ( scrum master), HR generalists role, People-centered roles - Customer success/service Lead, Recruitment Projects(RPO).
