Recruiters from temp agencies are not even answering my emails or calls.
What is going on? I tried contacting some on LinkedIn, I saw that they were online and checked out my profile, yet they didn't even message me back.

I was looking for a gift for my brother's birthday but I was running low on funds this month. I hoped to find a site where I could turn a small amount into something bigger so I could buy him something nice. I found a link to https://chicken-road.net.pk and decided to see if my luck was in a good place that day. Even though it is based in Pakistan they accept many people and offer huge percentage boosts on your first few transactions which is super helpful. The variety of options is so big that you never get bored of seeing the same old stuff every time you log in.

Nothing really going on right now. The 4th quarter is notoriously the worst time for getter hired.

It's not the fourth quarter for everyone. My company just started a new fiscal year October 1 (large global company).
Hiring has never really slowed down for me in the fourth quarter - many hiring managers want to start the new year with a full staff.

Hello, I'm new on this site.
My position was eliminated last week. I'm a technical recruiter. Can you clarify, "nothing is going on right now?" I've seen an uptick in openings and have placed many people in the 4th quarter because HM's need to fill positions and use their budget, in case changes are made in Q1. Also, I thought this space is for encouragement and support.

What do you suggest on my messaging? Some of them would send me job opportunities and I would email them my updated resume and call to talk more about the opportunity but they're not answering. It literally says in their email to contact them for more information. They literally tell me to give them a call if I do not hear from them in weeks. So please tell me how am I supposed to message them?

And see...that would have been helpful if you put all that info in your original post. But you didn't, so I'm left to assume what you did or did not do.
