Having trouble finding what level jobs to apply to
I'm in the process of looking for jobs and I've gotten rejected from a couple of really great companies because I'm overqualified for the jobs that I've been applying to. I know I should likely be shooting higher but I'd rather work a company whose values I believe in in a lower position and work my way up versus being at a company in a leadership position right away where I don't really align with what they do as much. Can anyone else relate or give some advice?

I can absolutely relate, I have gone through this a few times in the last months. At this point in my career, I would rather take a job with the right culture and values than worry about the title. I wish I had some advice, but I am still in transition after nearly 8 months.
