Be careful. My therapist has a client whose brother recently had to leave Capital One due to the environment being toxic. Keep in mind I'm not certain of the location, but it could very well be the culture in general. And unfortunately there's no real way to know until you're there. Good luck!

I don't have any experience with Capitol One but I have had screening calls and they are pretty basic. They're making sure that you exist and you are a normal person. Relax, and make sure to ask a question. It's pretty simple.
