I appreciate this! I recently applied for a position that had “Director” in the title, and when interviewed they asked my desired salary. When I told them they said they were looking to pay more like $20/hr! That, in my mind, is far from a directorial salary and it wasted time for us both.
What?? I don't know what to say. Twenty dollars an hour for a director position...
