I had my first job interview in 16 years.
I met with 3 individuals at the same time - an EVP, SVP and the VP of HR Manager. Is it ok to write one thank you email to all 3 people or should I send a note to each person individually. It was a little chaotic with each of them asking me a round of questions. Just wondering what the appropriate protocol is. Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Congrats on the interview - I hope you get the job! Definitely recommend three separate thank you's. The more personalized you can make them, the better.
Good luck!
Congratulations on the interview! I agree with the advice in previous posts. It would be ideal to send a thank you to each person. Email is fine. To personalize each thank you message, you can indicate you are grateful for whatever the person shared in the interview that you found to be helpful or enlightening. You can use this as a springboard for highlighting how you are the right person for the job. (example: I appreciate your candid, in depth description of the company culture. I thrive in a team environment, and I can envision myself fitting in well at _____.)

I would send one to each individually.
Three separate thank you's. Email is fine. Try to differentiate by following up on individual questions you were asked ie "I was giving more thought to xyz and I believe my experience with xyz makes me an excellent fit for the role" etc.
All individual notes and make each one different if you can say a little something about one thing you talked about with each that would be a good thing
Agreed with the rest. You met with three individuals. Three thank you notes are appropriate. :)
Good luck - I hope you get it!
All individual thank you notes.
I used to have the years listed on my resume for schools but removed them due to my age. I just feel like companies want your people.
I would email each separately. And yes, and email is fine.
