Hello FGB community, I need advice on my resume, cover, and LinkedIn profile. I have applied to over 200 jobs, changing my resume to fit the job descriptions, and I have received nothing but rejection or no responses. I've even been applying to equal or lesser job positions just to get anything. Vons didnt even hire me as a cashier (which yes i do have experience in retail). I know its harder to get a job because of the pandemic but I just think recruiters may be turn off by my beautifully ethnic name that I do not plan on changing. If anyone can take a look at my resume/LinkedIn just for some advice I would be greatly appreciative. Thanks for your attention ladies.
