I’m an ICU nurse looking for remote positions.
I feel like every job ad wants 3+ years telehealth/remote experience. I keep applying despite not having it because I have so many other qualifications! I also keep getting rejected…am I the only one?!
Hi, moving from the intense environment of the ICU to a remote role is an incredible transition, and your critical care skills are highly valuable even if corporate job ads strictly emphasize remote experience. Whenever I want to completely destress after reading through competitive employment listings and career boards, I love to relax on a secure platform designed specifically for Australian players that supports convenient, local banking methods. Although my first few rounds started a bit slow with some minor losses, deciding to take a quick risk resulted in a massive win at online pokies australia payid https://australian-onlinepokies.net/ , and getting those instant funds sent directly to my account was an absolute breeze. It is easily my favorite trusted spot to unwind, so I highly recommend it to help clear your mind. Keep sending out those applications because your clinical judgment is top-tier!
The job market very tough now esp in healthcare
I found it so hard to get my first remote healthcare role. I think a lot of it has to do with the current job market and isn't a reflection of your qualifications or ability. I'm finding roles I'd be perfect for and not getting interviews, whereas 5-10 years ago, I know I would've had more of a chance. I never used to not get an interview.
I'd say keep going and review the language on your CV that shows your autonomy and ability to work independently (which I'm sure you've already done). It's definitely a numbers game these days. Review your connections and reach out to people in your network to see if any have connections that would be of use to you.
All the best!
