Hello, I've worked mostly as a receptionist for over 20 years and I want to try the I.T. field or any field that you think I would benefit from. I am organized, detail-oriented, punctual and dependable. I enjoy learning new things. I work well with others and on my own. I enjoy helping, training or instructing co-workers, customers or clients how to fix or navigate around a site I am well trained on. This is why I was thinking help desk or product support.
