Hi everyone, I’m Jenn! I’ve been a data analyst for the last 8 years and with the current job market and new requirements (SQL, Python, R), I feel that upskilling is the only way to go to even be considered. Currently only have basic SQL and advanced Excel in my tools stack. OR I can pivot to a new career trajectory, but I’m unsure of what at the moment. If anyone has any recommendations or stories of pivoting, would appreciate them!

    Please be mindful of responding to Gema Watson Wood. A quick look at her profile shows the 'company' she works for is a financial MLM. Don't get caught up in that mess.

    We are financial brokers and work in a super-regulated industry. The companies we work with are real, including and not limited to AIG, Transamerica, and National Life Group.
