Would you run from a company that mentioned they have attrition during the interview?
Why do have it? Are people retiring? Quitting ? Are they being replaced ! How do they mention it ? What was the context?
Maybe. It depends on a lot of things. Is it in the part of the company you'd be working in? Localized to another group (maybe a bad manager)? How MUCH turnover do they have? Are people leaving after 30 days, 90 days because the company sucks so hard?
Most importantly, WHAT RE THEY DOING TO CORRECT THAT ISSUE?
Great questions to ask in the interview, never had considered this but definitely will going forward!
I asked what they would change about the company if they could and all 3 said the attrition. I am still unclear on what they plan to do to address the attrition and am leery of joining this organization but do not have an offer yet.
well I spoke to someone who’s leaving and he said that I would either be driven to quit or let go so I’m not too interested. A recruiter is trying to place me there and I do need a job but not one where I’ll have to look for a new job again.
That makes a lot of sense. Have you looked at their online reviews as well? Could provide more insight.
Those Weren’t as helpful. The complaint I saw was low pay. I mean I have a minimum I won’t go under but I can’t join somewhere where I’ll be fired or driven to quit. I am getting tired of job searching.
