New to group.

Hi Everyone, I'm a recent graduate of the AWS re/Start program with a degree in information security/risk management. I'm looking to re-enter the IT field after taking extended time off to care for my mother. I'm passionate about IT and have worked hard to get where I am today, and am looking for employment opportunities as well as new connections.

Hi Nancy. Welcome back, I just finished taking care of my mom too. Sending you hugs for that. I would recommend checking out Chapter events at ISC2, which are inclusive and great for networking. You don't have to have a certification to be a member of a Chapter. ISC2 is a fantastic organization, and its CEO Clar Rosso is a woman who is pushing for DEI in the industry. https://www.isc2.org/chapters/chapter-directory Check it out, and best of luck.
