Hi Anonymous! I would start by making a list of companies you'd like to work for, and start reaching out to connect and build a relationship with people who work in their marketing department. That way you are thought of before jobs are even posted online.

The career services department at the college you earned your MBA from should be your first contact; they can make sure your resume and other materials are right for the positions you are applying for. Also contact your professors to see if they are willing to be references for you. As with almost any position, let friends and former co-workers know what you're looking for, try Linked In and any local employers that you're aware of and want to work for. If you provide more specific information, someone might be able to give you a more specific answer. This website is worldwide, so I don't know whether you're in India or Indiana, and procedures vary depending on location. In any case, good luck!
