Hi all, I'm starting to search for my dream job after earning an MS in integrated marketing communications, and leaving a good job that over time became more stressful than it should have been.
It's been a long time since I've been on the market and I'm looking for any tips you can share about successfully navigating screener interviews.

Make sure you prepare for all the questions you know they're going to ask you - your background, why you left your job, why you're applying for this job, strengths/weaknesses, etc.
I'd also suggest looking online to see if you can find out more specifics about the interview process at the company you're interviewing with - FGB or Glassdoor usually have info that can help.
