I'd build connections with Korn Ferry, Randstad, maybe Addision Group...let them know up front that you are interested in remote/telecommute. They may not have anything but they'd know everybody.

It would be helpful if you could tell us a little more about what kind of work you want to be doing. There are some general sites for remote work, but also some more focused ones that might be a better targeting strategy if they fit your goals.
