Not sure how to initiate this...
FGB community! I'm currently interviewing within my existing company and I know everyone within the interview lineup. I'm not sure how to address a thank afterward. Do you recommend that I follow up? Via email, card or in person? I don't want to make this feel awkward for them but I want to show that I appreciate them taking the time. Also, any helpful phrases on what to say? Any and all advice is much appreciated as I'm indecisive as what to do. Thank you!

I've found it helpful to bring up things you discussed in the interview in the thank you email or card as well!

A thank you card, hand-written sent to each individual, 5 on the panel, five cards done.

Since you are interviewing within your existing company and you know everyone within the lineup, I think in person would be better.

I think email is fine!
if you work in a small company then maybe in person works better because email might feel a little impersonal. But I'd just do email if that's not the case!
