Promoting my work
Hey everyone! I just had an article published that I'm proud of, and while I've shared my work before, this is a bit more of a personal essay (about me and my mom). While I want to share it because I like the writing and think it's still professional, I'm not sure how I should go about sharing it. Any tips?

Definitely share it on LinkedIn! You also can add Featured Content links on your LI profile, so it can be seen by anyone visiting your profile.

Congratulations! It is always exciting to have something you’ve created get published. Facebook could be a good place to start, many use social media like Facebook for their blog and if you are connected with family through Facebook they’ll enjoy the personal nature of it. I would just “share” the article from the website of the media it was publish in. A well written, published article is definitely something to boast about. I think posting the article to Linkedin would be a great way to market your writing skills.
