Where do I start

Hey guys! I’m 21 years old with a current background in customer service experience (more specifically call centers). I’ve been saving to go back to school for a couple of years now to find my passion in a career. But due to the hours of my current job it has made going back to school a larger ordeal than I intended while continuing to make ends meet. Does anyone have any good recommendations on jobs with decent pay that might be a great fit for someone trying to go back to school? Preferably work from home however I’m not opposed to in office positions. Thanks!

There are more and more remote jobs available. The type of job depends upon your skills. If you haven't checked out flexjobs.com already, you might want to get an idea of what might be available. You also can type that into the keyword field, along with the type of work you are seeking. LinkedIn has a remote option. However, the best way to find a job is through networking.

Have you considered making your school hours flexible instead of the other way around? Many universities now offer online options. It's not easy to earn an online degree, but it would allow more flexibility to study than having to show up in a classroom X number of times a week. As for remote work, your customer service experience might be an excellent fit. Try looking at sites like Rat Race Rebellion or We Work Remotely for open positions.

Remote Work, or Move to a state where the minimum wage is livable.
