Mindset Fit - What are your Quick 3?
As we're navigating this tough environment - thought I'd start a Quick 3 of daily strides towards staying on course and going the distance through this turbulent time. Testing the theory we are more likely to do them if we write them down!
1. Continuing an On-line training course working towards certification.

3. Continue to explore my next employment opportunity - through networking, research, or self-improvement

Great conversation starter Anonymous. My Top 3:
1. Keeping as "normal" schedule as possible. I get up at my usual time, exercise, and get dressed [in clothing I would wear if I were going to work] before sitting down to my "desk" here at home to work.
2. Playing games. I absolutely LOVE games. It's just me and 2 cats here. Playing games serves multiple purposes. It engages my mind, takes my mind off things, and sharpens my mind!
3. Making use of technology and social media to stay connected. I'm usually a lurker for the most part. But I'm trying to be more active now and reach out to family/friends to make sure everyone's ok.

3. Connecting with people more. Not just through text, but an actual phone call or video call.
