Same here! Was an LPN but I let that license expire. I have 9 years of nursing experience, A Bachelors in Healthcare Management and currently pursuing my MHA. I apply at healthcare remote companies because of my area and don't get past the interview phase for jobs with starting pay of $16 an hour. Am I over qualified for the positions? I have no Healthcare Management experience outside of managing during my nursing career but I currently make that amount working customer service on an Apple contract and I can't take it anymore after being a Senior Support Advisor for the last two years. Any directions or next steps suggestions welcome!
