I reinvented my career at 45
Many people have limiting beliefs around reinventing their career after entering the 40s.
But I am proof that this can be done.
I will be the first to admit that I had some gremlins show up for me and they gave me a good beating.
How in the world can I show authority and credibility in a new field?
How can I compete with a younger or more experienced generation?
For sure EVERY client would pick them, right?!
In my Design Your Dream Career program, I address the five stages to reinvent your career and step into a job you love.
And in true confession, these are the steps I took. ?
See what I did there?
We all think there is some science behind getting what we want when in fact all we need to do is look inward.
This is awesome! There is truly no reason why anyone should continue to be stuck in a career they no longer thrive in. Reinvention should be normalized and embraced, at all phases of life!
We can ALWAYS begin again. Always! Thanks for sharing!
It's wonderful to hear success stories of women breaking down social norms and combating ageism!
Yes Marsha - I totally agree!
Inspiring!!
Thanks Deepa!
Congratulations! and think about those like myself at 60! having to re-create yourself due to different factors: downsizing, layoffs, etc....not ready to retire yet, I want 4 more years working!
You got this!

I did at 48. and if I can do it, anyone can.
I am so encouraged. I am around this age and was concerned about if a career change was doable. Thanks for sharing!
when yo want to make a change in your career, your age should be the last on the list to worry about.
Congrats Rebecca!
