Hi all, I'm feeling very "stuck" and I'm looking for a new role in marketing.
I'm more concerned about the cultural fit than I am about the exact area of marketing or even the industry but I am in media and have been specializing in performance marketing. What I'm missing most in my current role is a strong leader who can mentor me, and a position where I can actively collaborate with others in an environment where everyone is respected. Though the word is used A LOT, I would definitely describe my current team as a toxic one. I have experience in CPG, media, ad sales, ecomm, PR, social media, etc. Would appreciate any leads!
