I made it to a second-round interview and was told one week ago that the process was anticipated to move quickly.
I still haven't heard anything one week later; I felt the interview was a great fit! Should I just stay patient or reach out to this company?

"Quickly" is a relative term, but since it's been a week I would reach out yo reiterate your interest and to get an updated on their status.

Definitely reach out!
The sooner the better. Shows you are interested in the position but should also prompt some type of response since they haven't reached out to you on their end yet. A short email should suffice. Good luck!
